By accessing or using WellIntel, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
WellIntel provides access to Texas oil and gas data sourced from the Texas Railroad Commission, including production data, drilling permits, well information, and operator analytics. The data is updated automatically from publicly available RRC datasets.
3. Subscription and Billing
WellIntel is offered on a monthly subscription basis starting at $199/month. New subscribers receive a 14-day free trial. You may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use WellIntel only for lawful business purposes. You may not share your account credentials, resell access to the platform, or use automated tools to scrape or extract data in bulk without written permission.
5. Data Accuracy
WellIntel sources data directly from the Texas Railroad Commission. While we strive to keep data current and accurate, we make no warranties regarding the completeness or accuracy of the data. Users should independently verify critical business decisions.
6. Limitation of Liability
WellIntel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms or for any reason with reasonable notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
