Well-Intel Documentation
Well-Intel is a permit intelligence platform for oilfield service companies, pipe suppliers, and well service providers. It covers Texas (RRC) drilling activity.

Sign up and choose a plan
Go to wellintel.app/sign-up to create your account. Then visit the pricing page to start your 14-day free trial. No credit card required — Access ends when the 14 days are up unless you add a card — nothing is charged automatically.

Build your watchlist
Head to the Watchlist tab. Add operators or counties you want to monitor. Each watch triggers alerts when matching permits are published.

Set up global alerts
Go to the Watchlist tab and create a Global Alert. Choose which alert types (Approved, Pending, Completed) to monitor across Texas. Global alerts send a daily digest of all matching activity across your selected states.

Explore the dashboard
Use the top navigation tabs to access Home, Production, Permits, Lifecycle, Sales Intel, Operators, Lease Lookup, and Watchlist. Each section gives you a different view of drilling activity. If a number ever looks wrong, check Data Sources & Freshness — most surprises are reporting lag rather than a real change.

Check Sales Intel
The Sales Intel tab is where the magic happens. It shows Operator Lead Scoring (who to call first), a Tubular Demand Leaderboard (who needs the most steel), and a Demand Pipeline Forecast (what's coming next).
The fastest path to value: add 3-5 operators or counties you actively sell into, then check your email the next morning. Then explore the Sales Intel tab to find new opportunities.
